1990 Porsche 911 Carrera 3.8L Show Car
This show car is in excellent condition. Throughout its life it has been primarily a Florida car. Black paint shows very nicely. Body lines are extremely straight and turns heads everywhere it goes. Front bumper has some minor rock chips but overall is very clean. The H4 headlights are clear and in great condition. The BBS RS 3 piece wheels are wrapped in newer Michellin P4S tires.
A newer convertible top functions perfect no rips or tears and has a clear back window. Car sits at euro height and handles nicely. A recent alignment was performed and is fully documented.
Engine is now a 3.8L built by Powertech in New Jersey. Engine build has 5k miles on it. Build included 3.8L Cylinder set with pistons. 3.8L sport cams, updated cylinder head studs new timing chains, new bearings full engine reseal from cylinder heads out.
Motor was paired to a light weight clutch and RS flywheel as well as a G 50 clutch shaft bushing update. Dyno sheets show 232 Wheel horsepower and 205 ft/lb of torque.
Interior is in great condition. Factory linen has been detailed and looks great for its age. Front seats look good no tears rips or cuts and is not soiled. A Porsche classic radio was recently installed with full NAV and updated features such as blue tooth. A Momo mod 07 steering wheel was added and looks fantastic as a finishing touch to the interior. All electronics function inside as they should including ice cold ac.
Recent service inluded an oil change, transmission flush, brake fluid flush, power steering flush, and full brake job including all OEM front and rear brake pads rotors and sensors.
All in all there is over $40,000 in records dating back 20 years or so. Car has a clean carfax no accidents and is turn key. Purchaser will receive full records books manuals clean carfax clean title and tonneau cover.
